- Integration Data: When you connect third-party accounts (such as Google Ads, Meta, etc.), we request read-only access to retrieve your marketing and advertising data.
- Uploaded Content: In certain cases, based on individual client agreements, you may have the ability to upload data or files.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services to monitor your usage of the Service at this time.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
When you authorize connections to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), we receive data from those platforms in accordance with your authorization and their respective privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate your account and provide access to the dashboard
- Retrieve and display your marketing data from connected platforms
- Enable our team members to analyze your data and provide marketing services as outlined in your client agreement
- Send you password reset emails, policy updates, timely reports, or notifications regarding issues with your dashboard that require attention
- Respond to your requests and communicate with you
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your email address, password, and connection credentials within 24 hours. Backups containing your information may persist for up to 30 days.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Deletion
You may request that we delete your account data, including your email, password, and any third-party data connections. Contact us at contact@thenextpractice.com to submit a deletion request.
5.2 Third-Party Connections
You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through the Service. Note that disconnecting an integration will prevent us from displaying data from that platform.
5.3 Export
You may export your data through the Service's export functionality where available.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. International Data Transfers
We are based in Texas, United States, and our service providers store data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
